THE EVENT BRIEF
In January 2024, Milestone NJ Photo Booth had the privilege of meeting Alan and Alanna at a Bridal Show. The couple—in the midst of a stressful re-planning process—had originally intended to marry in Israel. However, after the tragic events of October 7th, 2023, their plans were upended, requiring them to start from scratch. Determined to create a meaningful and unforgettable celebration, the couple sought something that would honor their Jewish heritage while also allowing absent friends and family to share in their special day.
During our conversation, the bride emphasized her desire for a wedding experience that was “more than your average photo booth.” Inspired by her vision, we introduced her to our Live Mosaic Photo Wall. Upon seeing it in action, she was captivated by the idea of creating a collaborative masterpiece with her guests. To elevate the concept, we suggested adding a thick border to the mosaic, allowing guests to sign and leave personal messages. This innovation transformed the mosaic into a unique and interactive keepsake that would preserve memories for years to come.
Alan and Alanna’s Live Mosaic Memory Board was the first of its kind. To ensure an exceptional experience, we offered two capture options: the Enchanted Beauty Roaming Mirror Booth for cocktail hour and a Traditional DSLR Photo Booth for the remainder of the event. The Traditional DSLR Photo Booth provided high-quality prints in postcard (4×6) and photostrip (2×6) formats, while the Enchanted Beauty Roaming Mirror Booth provided digital photos, boomerangs, and animated GIFs for guests to text directly to themselves. We also collaborated with their photographer to use a wedding-day image for the final mosaic design. By the end of the Bridal Show, the event was booked, and preparations were underway for their May 2024 wedding.
