What is a step and repeat backdrop?

A step and repeat is a large printed backdrop with a repeating pattern of names, a monogram, a logo or your event theme. It is the classic red carpet look, and it shows up in every photo taken in front of it.

What backdrop sizes are available?

We offer red carpet backdrops 10, 20 and 30 feet wide, and we can go longer for big entrances. Backdrops stand 8 to 10 feet tall.

Does the carpet have to be red?

No. We offer carpet runners in any color, so the carpet can match your wedding palette, your sweet 16 theme or your school colors.

Who takes the photos?

A professional photographer captures posed photos of every guest on the carpet. For larger events or faster lines, we can add more photographers.

How much space do we need?

Plan for the full width of your backdrop plus room in front for the carpet runner and stanchions. Our team confirms the layout with your venue before your event.

Can we add a photo booth too?

Yes. Many hosts pair the red carpet with a Glam booth, a Vogue magazine booth or a 360 booth so guests get both a red carpet portrait and a booth moment.
